Administration Department

 

 

Common to all great companies in any field is a commitment to detail. 1st Nationwide’s administration department has a long-standing commitment to making sure that our employees’ are tended to in an appropriate manner with care and diligence. Within our department we have individuals that area specifically assigned to tasks that insure timely compensation and proper accounting.

Payroll
Our payroll department is inhouse to insure we follow all of the necessary state and federal requirements. 1st Nationwide does have an individual in this department that tracks and serves as your liaison if anything needs attention.

Accounting
1st Nationwide provides you with a detail report that is posted and updated daily. Reporting monthly income and expenses and a list of loans that you have closed monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Often giving curtails information when it comes to growing your business.

Tax Reporting
1st Nationwide must handle all state and federal reporting. We will process the 1099’s to your vendors and 1098’s to your borrowers.

Bank Relationships
1st Nationwide is responsible for all bank reconciliations, stop payments, and bank service charges

Miscellaneous Services
1st Nationwide will also offer limited Human Resources support to assist you in the hiring and firing of key personnel, posting necessary documents, and support in handling problems if they should ever arise.


Processing Department

Clearly good and effective processors are essential to the success and oftentimes the hardest commodities to find. 1st Nationwide believes that processing is our responsibility to you to insure quality service to your borrowers so that you can spend more time doing what you do best, which is SELLING! Through years of experience we have created for you a failsafe-processing department to support and guarantee your success.

IN HOUSE PROCESSING
(Optional)

 

1. You are assigned to a fully trained Personal Processor. This processor’s training will be in all areas of processing (some with specific underwriting experience in your specific areas in which you may be working).


2. Your Personal Processor communicates with you on a daily basis.


3. Per your choice, communication is done via email, facsimile, and or telephone.

4. Your closings are handled immediately and all regulatory compliance issues are handled immediately, resulting in immediate compensation for you.

INDIVIDUAL PROCESSING
(In Your Affiliate Branch)

 

1. You have a personal Account Representative from this department. This representative is you guide and support to any processing, licensing questions, and regulatory items required by the state or states in which you decide to work within.


2. 1st Nationwide’s corporate office hours are between 9 am & 6 pm Pacific Standard Time All appointments are co-oriented at a time that works between you and your Account Representative.


3. Closing and copy packages are done “Via Image Transfer” and processed immediately. With this convenience; however, you do need to send a copy file through traditional mail.
