As a member of the NetbranchNationwide.com Branch team you are operator and manager of your own office that is a division of a larger lender corporation. As a branch you run, operate, and manage your own commercial office with the backing and support of our corporate offices.

What are the options for someone who would like to work out of their house?

For those who would like to work out of there house, 1st Nationwide has a branch program designed for home based origination. The same support and assistance is provided for our home based offices as our commercial space branches.

How do I get paid?

You get paid the same day we receive a complete file into our corporate offices.

How does 1st Nationwide get paid/How do I get paid?

What you get paid is determined by your specific situation (Commercial office or Home based branch).
1st Nationwide charges a flat fee on all of our branches with physical commercial space. That fee is determined by the volume of production that you are originating.

How do I get paid more once I am a branch?

It’s simple. We review each of our branches production every 90 days and, when the branch has an increase in production for 3 consecutive months, will increase the branches split to a better commission or reduce the flat fee.

What does it take to become a 1st Nationwide branch?

Requirements may vary; however, the general standard that we follow when accepting applications is that to open a 1st Nationwide branch with a commercial space you must be originating 5 loans per month. If you are home based the requirements are usually lower.

What type of loans does the company fund?

1st Nationwide funds FHA, VA, conforming and jumbo conventional loans. In addition, we fund Home Equity Lines of Credit, sub prime and other special niche products to fit your borrower’s needs.

Can I originate FHA loans?

Yes. 1st Nationwide obtains branch approvals and individual branch mortgagee numbers for each branch. We will provide any additional training that is needed on FHA loans and the process at no cost to the branch.

What lenders are you approved with?

We are approved with over 100 lenders and many also pending. If there is an investor that you like to work with that is not on our approved list, all you need to do is simply send us over the broker package and it will be submitted within 24 hours.

What states are you approved in?

We are approved or affiliated to do business in 50 states.


What type of support can I count on when I become a 1st Nationwide branch?

Payroll, Human Resource support, Processing; everything is covered when you become a branch. We have personal representatives that will walk you through every aspect of the business. Our goal is to manage the back end of your business so that you can do what you do best…sell and originate loans.

Does 1st Nationwide provide training?

Yes! We pride ourselves on the product and sales training that we provide for our branches. We have a commitment to not only provide and educate you on the best products available in the market.

What type of financial investment do I have to make to open up my branch?

There is no upfront cost to open up your own branch.


How long does it take to get approved as a 1st Nationwide branch?

Upon completion of the branch application package your application will be reviewed by our corporate office for a basic conditional approval. We will then process the remainder of the application and will have final notification within 48 hours.
